We’re Searching for Passionate Servers Who Live & Breathe Hospitality
The California Surf Club isn’t just a social club or restaurant—it’s a 21,000 square-foot coastal compound - a home for our community – where incredible vibes, exceptional food + drink, and BeachLife culture collide. Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean on the Redondo Waterfront, our public restaurant & bar is seamlessly integrated with a beach lifestyle social club offering truly unique experiences ranging from intimate performances, influential voices, activity workshops, community events, and more. After successfully launching BeachLife Festival in 2019, BeachLife Ranch in 2022, and BeachLife Grotto in 2024, California Surf Club is the next incredible chapter in our story.
Now, we’re seeking charismatic, dynamic, and skilled servers to join our team and help shape this one-of-a-kind destination.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A qualified Server candidate will possess a minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale environment rich in food culture and artisanal product – a foodie at heart. Thoughtful and engaging service that build incredible relationships with Guests will be the stamp of a qualified candidate. Excellent knowledge of wine is required to navigate a friendly, but deep selection
Flexible breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend service availability is required. Chief among priorities are candidates who are passionate about hospitality and relationship building. If you’re a server who gets excited about sharing what’s new on the menu, a bartender who believes in the integrity of a well-constructed/from-scratch made cocktail, a busser/runner who learns something new about the menu on every shift, or a host that a Guest can’t help but smile at, than you’re exactly what we’re looking for.
