Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and delivering exceptional patient care across diverse populations, including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic patients. The successful applicant will be instrumental in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
- Provide early intervention services for children with developmental delays in communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and medical terminology.
Experience
- A degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is required.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly in school or early intervention settings.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to speech and language development is essential.
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and patient care practices is necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $49.00 - $55.00 per hour
