Title: Senior Labor Attorney
Location: Remote (Currently based in New York)
Compensation: $160k to $230k plus bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k (match up to 4%) plusfor bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney to oversee employment litigation matters and provide expert legal guidance on complex workplace disputes. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys dedicated to justice. Your day-to-day work will include conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in employment law proceedings.
What We’re Looking For
We want a candidate who brings deep expertise, a track record of success, and the ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous role. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients
- Four. Years experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings
- Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Strong skills in writing and filing motions and other legal documentation
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims
- NY Bar license mandatory; CA Bar license is a plus
