Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves educating young learners, particularly in Preschool and Toddler care settings, while promoting their overall development through engaging curriculum and activities.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote childhood development.
- Educate students in various subjects, including Math, while adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations to tailor instruction effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with varying learning needs.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that prioritizes child welfare and encourages positive social interactions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or in toddler care settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective curriculum development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs, including those requiring special education support.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
