Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will help create seamless guest experiences around the clock. In this role, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay. Your professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude will play an important role in maintaining excellent hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Flexibility is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a safe and secure front desk environment while following hotel security procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property as needed.
- Support basic property upkeep and groundkeeping duties to help maintain the aesthetic appearance of the hotel grounds and public areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel financial reconciliation is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel front desk systems and multi-line phones preferred.

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Background check and drug test are required prior to employment.
