Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor new life insurance agents
- Conduct financial needs analyses and present customized protection strategies
- Develop and implement marketing and lead-generation initiatives
- Host business overview presentations and training sessions
- Support team members in improving production, client engagement, and closing ratios
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, service, and integrity
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
