- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production.
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques for efficient food preparation.
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with deep fryers preferred.
