Job Title: Experienced Painter (Residential & Commercial)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter with experience in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and can deliver high-quality results on time. Experience with spraying is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, caulking, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Safely and efficiently operate painting tools and equipment (brush, roller, sprayer, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ Year of proven painting experience in both residential and commercial settings
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods
- Spraying experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, precise work
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
- We will conduct a drug test and background check
