Our team at Element Tree Essentials is dedicated, collaborative, and creative and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Co-Manager to help us continue to grow.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Co-Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in our warehouse, including inventory management, production planning, order fulfillment, team supervision, and wholesale. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and enjoys making changes and adapting for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient production planning and execution.
- Manage inventory levels of raw goods and produced goods to ensure accurate stock management using Inventora, Google Sheets and Shopify.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste within the warehouse.
- Supervise, lead, and support a small team of production workers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Create process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, including labor control and quality control measures.
- Oversee order fulfillment, shipping and receiving processes to online customers and store orders.
- Manage wholesale accounts, ensuring timely communication and accurate order processing while maintaining built relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, reporting on progress and areas for improvement.
- Update and maintain product listings and order status on the company website.
- Collaborate with the Owner and Regional Manager to improve operational processes and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Background in warehouse operations and production management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Comfortable with basic technology, inventory software, and e-commerce platforms. (Shopify, Inventora would be preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
- Proven skills in process improvement and quality control measures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize supply chain analytics for decision-making.

- Effective leadership abilities with experience in operations management within a warehouse setting.
- Familiar with wholesale and able to maintain positive client relationships.
