Position Summary
The primary functions of the Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant are to support the company with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to printing and mail processing operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages handled by the US Postal Service.
- Sort, scan, distribute, and process mail, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to internal departments
- Operate standard office equipment, including desktop computers, laser printers, and postage scales.
- Assist with other sales and marketing activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years progressive work experience, preferably in a health care setting, handling protected health information (PHI).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand overall business communication needs and objectives.
- Strong judgment and ability to manage time effectively and multitask without losing attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Suite.
