We are looking for a Water Damage Restoration Project Manager for a full-time, day-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in New Orleans. This role will manage restoration projects, oversee job-site inspections and scope of work, coordinate mitigation, demolition, drying, cleaning, and reconstruction, monitor project progress, quality, labor, materials, and costs, and communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities
- Manage water damage restoration projects.
- Conduct or oversee job-site inspections and document scope of work.
- Coordinate mitigation, demolition, drying, cleaning, and reconstruction.
- Monitor project progress, quality, labor, materials, and costs.
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and reconstruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- WRT, ASD, or AMRT certification is a plus.
- Experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
