Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production standards.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and materials to promote efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies used during assembly processes.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility with familiarity in assembly line operations.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment effectively.
- Warehouse experience including operating forklifts safely is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembling small parts accurately.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly.
