Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations, including supervising staff, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee food and beverage presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage supplies effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
