Staffing agency is looking for an addition account manager/recruiter to join their automotive team!
Responsibilities
- Conduct business development calls to grow clientele
- Maintain relationship with current clients and candidates
- Source for qualified candidates to fill open positions
- Coordinate interviews for clients
- Manage full hiring cycle
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!!!
- CRM experience is a huge plus
- Must be comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls
- Previous sales experience is a plus as well
- Ability to work as a team and individually
