Job Summary
As a Setup Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for the delivery, setup, and takedown of event rental equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of reliability. You’ll work directly with customers and represent the face of PartyCraft at events across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload event rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs) from truck or trailer
Safely deliver and install equipment according to event layout
Ensure proper anchoring and assembly of tents (stakes, weights, etc.)
Maintain and clean equipment before and after events
Interact professionally with clients on-site
Document any issues, damages, or client concerns
Return all equipment to storage in good condition
Work cooperatively with team members to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
Weekend availability is a must (most events are Friday–Sunday)
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
