In this role, you will work with clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges, helping to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where recovery can thrive.
Duties
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for all patients
- Continuously observe patient behavior, noting any changes in mood, demeanor, or potential crisis situations
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and assisting in de-escalation
- Maintain accurate documentation of client observations, progress, and any significant events
- Ensure the health and safety of clients.
- Drive clients to appointments and various other places
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental health
- Proficient in crisis intervention techniques to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, and team members.
- Compassionate demeanor

Experience:
- substance abuse and mental health: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- driver's license for 3 consecutive years (Required)
