THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION!
Neutralize eye glasses by either manual or automated lensometry.
Vision insurance submission for exams and materials.
Optician Experience is a bonus but not a requirement! We are willing to train!
Assisting patients with frame selection. Understanding vision insurance and being able to write-up orders and submit orders. Accurately measuring patients for glasses. Understanding lens types, proper materials to use and add-ons is a plus! Frame inventory management experience and cost analysis with lab rebates is a plus!
Experience with contact lenses and insertion and removal training is a plus!
Work with others within your department and other departments with professional respect to provide a friendly and efficient experience for the patients.
Attend required staff and educational meetings as requested.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
