Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (1st and 2nd Shifts)
Location: Florence, KY
Pay: Up to $30/hour (based on experience) Tons of over time available
Increase Upon Hire: +$1.00/hour
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for a high‑speed manufacturing facility producing chemical and cleaning products. These roles support critical packaging and production operations and are ideal for hands‑on maintenance professionals with strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on high‑speed packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Shrink wrappers
- Packers
- Tapers
- Fillers
- Conveyor systems
- Respond to equipment downtime to support continuous production
- Work safely around fast‑moving automated machinery
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Packaging line maintenance experience is required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, food, or consumer goods environments
- Mid‑ to senior‑level maintenance experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting
- Commitment to safety and equipment reliability
Candidates with backgrounds in chemical manufacturing, food packaging, or other high‑speed production facilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
