Job Overview
We are a private wealth advisory practice seeking a Financial Advisor with 2–5 years of financial services experience to join an established advisor team. This role is designed for professionals with experience in investment management or private wealth environments who are ready to expand their responsibilities into financial planning, client relationship management, and business development.
You will support a Senior Financial Advisor while progressively taking ownership of client relationships, planning analysis, and practice‑building initiatives. The position offers hands‑on exposure to the full advisory lifecycle, with long‑term development toward a more autonomous advisor role.

Duties
Client Service & Planning
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to build a qualified pipeline
- Support and service an existing client base through ongoing relationship management, business development & growth initiatives
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective and existing clients to:
- Schedule introductory, review, and planning meetings
- Follow up on referrals and marketing initiatives
- Re‑engage dormant or inactive relationships
- Assist with building and managing a prospect pipeline using CRM
- Identify clients who may benefit from deeper planning relationships
- Support the advisor’s client acquisition and practice‑building initiatives
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Assist with onboarding new client relationships and coordinating account setup
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within CRM and internal systems
- Work closely with administrative staff to ensure timely processing and documentation
- Adhere to firm procedures and applicable financial services regulations
- Prepare financial plans, case analyses, and client‑ready recommendations aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon
- Assist with investment plan reviews and participate in client presentations
- Gather, organize, and maintain client financial data and documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, illustrations, and follow‑up action items
- Participate in client meetings, including note‑taking and execution of next steps
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Fully licensed required (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 — or Series 63 + 65)
- Strong understanding of investment products, account types, and client service processes
- Confident and professional communication skills with clients and prospects
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development and long‑term practice growth
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment
Compensation Structure
- Compensation may be structured as a base salary plus variable incentive compensation
- Long‑term compensation growth is tied to client development, performance, and contribution to practice growth

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
