Sterling Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible engagement: PRN, part-time, and short-term contract opportunities.

- PRN coverage on April 6 and 7 , 2026
We serve a diverse patient population and operate across clinical settings. The ideal candidate will bring clinical depth, operational precision, and a commitment to safe, compliant pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely
- Conduct patient assessments and counsel on medication use
- Manage inventory, compounding, and stock rotation
- Utilize pharmacy software for documentation
- Collaborate on medical management cases (pain, pediatrics, acute care)
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Educate patients on adherence, physiology, and health literacy
Experience & Qualifications:
- Active DC Pharmacist License
- Clinical pharmacy background with strong patient service skills
- Familiarity with pharmacy technician roles and team collaboration
- Experience with compounding, immunizations, and medical management
- Strong grasp of anatomy, physiology, and medication protocols
- Commitment to HIPAA standards and regulatory compliance
