As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting executives, staff, and important clients in a variety of commercial vehicles, ensuring punctuality and comfort at all times. Duties
- Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles including sedans, SUVs, limousines, or shuttle buses to transport executives and staff across designated routes.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals while avoiding traffic delays and adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle by performing routine inspections and basic mechanical checks; report any issues promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or equipment using manual handling techniques or pallet jacks when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols including safe lifting practices, air brake procedures, manual transmission handling, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to confirm schedules, provide updates, or address any concerns during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations related to commercial vehicle operation such as tanker driving, heavy haul routes, or bus driving requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving or chauffeur services with a strong track record of safe driving in adverse weather conditions.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning for efficient transportation logistics.
- Hands-on experience operating various types of commercial vehicles including box trucks, tractor-trailers, limousines, or shuttle buses.
- Knowledge of mechanical basics for vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to load & unload cargo safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling methods.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with relevant endorsements such as air brake certification or tanker license preferred; experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
