Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef/Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the kitchen during the absence of Chef David and will also be in charge of maintaining inventory, delegating tasks to lower-level employees, completing daily produce orders, maintaining a clean/organized kitchen and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about food prep and truly enjoys working as part of a professional cooking team.
Experience with cuisine is preferred but not required
