About the Role:
As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our agency, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes across the United States. Your primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and deliver care that promotes independence and dignity. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) as required by state regulations.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings in compliance with agency policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote personal hygiene and comfort.

Provide mobility assistance including transferring clients between beds, chairs, and vehicles, and supporting safe ambulation.

Monitor and document clients’ health status, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors promptly.

Medications reminders and treatment support as directed, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
