Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Food Safety & Quality department supporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to data accuracy, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: AUSTIN, MN
Pay Range: $20.15/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00PM (preferred hours)
What's the Job?
- Manually transcribe product data from unstructured sources into standardized Excel migration templates.
- Accurately enter approximately 6,000 records for Quality Specifications, Process Specifications, and Food Safety attributes.
- Review entered data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency to ensure data integrity.
- Flag discrepancies or missing information and collaborate with team leaders for resolution.
- Participate in regular check-ins to report progress and address challenges during the project.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based portals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to review and understand food safety and quality information, engaging team leaders when needed.
- Preferred: Experience with Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) systems or related fields.
