What You'll Do:
1. Deliver Exceptional Client Care
- Perform one-on-one assisted stretch therapy sessions
- Assess movement limitations and identify client needs
- Educate clients on muscle balance, mobility, and recovery
- Build confidence, trust, and lasting relationships
- Recommend personalized stretch programs and memberships that help clients achieve long-term results
2. Help Grow the Business
- Contribute to membership sales and client retention
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, events, and community partnerships
- Assist in developing on-line presence via social media and collecting engaging content
- Contribute ideas that improve client experience and studio growth
3. Support Studio Excellence
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and service
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional studio
- Complete administrative and operational responsibilities
- Uphold StretchMed® values and contribute to a positive team culture

Position Details
Schedule:
- Part-Time (18-36 hours/week)
- Rotating Saturdays required
- Available shifts M-F:
- 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM-8:00 PM
Requirements:
- Connecticut resident
- Credential: Certification, license, or degree in Exercise Science or a related field (see below)
- Knowledge of fitness principles and customer service excellence
- Comfortable working closely with both male and female clients
- Manual dexterity, strength, stamina, and agility to perform assisted stretching
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with technology and social media

Exercise Science Kinesiology Human Performance Biomechanics Sports Medicine Massage Therapy Personal Training Physical Therapy Corrective Exercise Yoga Certification or a related field
