Plumber – Full-Time

Schedule: 4 (10-hour) days. Wed-Sat.
$25–$40/hr + Monthly Bonuses
$3/hr Weekend Differential
Earning Potential: $85,000- $90,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential service work (plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heaters, well pumps, etc.)
- Educate customers and recommend the right solutions
- Maintain a clean job site and organized truck
- Complete accurate invoices and paperwork
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Mentor apprentices when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid plumbing license with knowledge of local codes
- 2+ years plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Pass background and drug screening
