About the Role:
We're seeking a Food Service Aide who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Aide, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks to patients and staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food service
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
