Job Summary
Chubby Cattle is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first person guests meet, you'll create a welcoming experience while managing reservations, waitlists, and seating in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
- Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining table flow.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Keep the host stand and entrance clean and organized.
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service.
- Promote memberships, gift cards, and current restaurant promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not required).
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous host/hostess experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.
Pay: $15.40 - $17.40 per hour
