Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated, achievement-driven Service Coordinator to join our Service Department at American Solar & Roofing.
This is a sales-influenced, revenue-generating position where your ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and close service work directly impacts your income.

What You’ll Do
- Sell service programs, system upgrades, and replacement equipment to existing customers
- Identify upsell opportunities in every customer interaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming service requests
- Take inbound calls and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Create accurate service quotes and present solutions to customers
- Document all customer activity in CRM with precision and accountability
- Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficiency and minimize delays
- Support warranty claims and maintain clear customer communication throughout the process
- Assist with service billing and Accounts Receivable inquiries
- Follow established processes while actively improving customer experience and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong drive to succeed and earn based on performance
- Natural sales ability or strong interest in developing sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- 1–2 years of customer service, coordination, or sales experience preferred
Compensation
- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
