Boat Tree Marina is hiring an experienced Mercury Marine Technician to join our full-service marina and boat dealership located directly on the St. Johns River.
We service inboard, sterndrive, and outboard boats and maintain factory certifications with Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury and Volvo. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, training, and real benefits.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on marine vessels
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Service inboard, sterndrive, and outboard motors
- Prepare new boats for sale and delivery
- Install electronics, accessories, and OEM/aftermarket components
- Conduct river tests and quality assurance checks
- Identify safety issues and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately report labor hours and parts usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marine mechanic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of marine engines and vessel systems
- Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong productivity
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Saturdays

- $37,000 – $67,000+ annually (DOE)
