Ice Cream Store Manager & Assistant Manager
Graeter's Ice Cream has expanded and seeks experienced Store Manager and hourly Assistant Managers to join our team in Kenwood, OH.
Our Store managers can earn between $45,000 to $62,000 per year and more, depending on your experience. Assistant Managers earn $19.50 to $24 an hour, depending on experience. When you work with Graeter’s, you’ll also enjoy:

As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations, including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager and completing all management-related tasks with a possibility to promote within if desired.
To qualify for these positions, you must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment and:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong math and reading skills.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds, as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
