Consistent Clarity Cleaners is a growing cleaning and property care company specializing in professionally managed short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) properties throughout Central Kentucky, amongst others.
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and understand that every clean directly impacts a guest’s experience. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and producing exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.
We are currently hiring for two positions. Applicants may apply for one or both.
Position 1: Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Turnover Cleaner
Locations: Irvine & Mount Sterling
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Regular availability is needed on:
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Friday
Occasional Wednesdays may be available with advance notice.
Most turnovers are same-day guest turnovers and must be completed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. When there is not a same-day check-in, scheduling is more flexible and communicated in advance.
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Make beds to company standards
- Restock guest amenities and supplies
- Inspect properties for damage or maintenance concerns
- Report inventory shortages and maintenance issues
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in
Position 2: Laundry & Linen Processing Specialist
Location: Lancaster
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Approximately two days per week.
This position offers a flexible schedule. Laundry is processed after turnover cleanings and is scheduled in advance.
Responsibilities
- Pre-treat and remove stains
- Wash and thoroughly dry linens and towels
- Fold linens to company standards
- Sort and organize linens by size and property
- Assemble complete linen sets for upcoming turnovers
- Organize linen inventory
- Prepare and label turnover bags for cleaning teams
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry workspace
Our linen inventory is color-coded and organized by property, making attention to detail and organization essential.
Qualifications
Professional cleaning experience is highly preferred, particularly in:
- Hotels or hospitality
- Short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Professional housekeeping
Candidates should also have:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A smartphone for scheduling and communication
- The ability to lift laundry baskets and perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
