Preschool Teacher – Pre-K & Two-Year-Old Teacher
Inspiring Kids Academy WPB is currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and nurturing educators to join our team! We are hiring for the following full-time positions:
- Pre-K Teacher
- Two-Year-Old Teacher
At Inspiring Kids Academy WPB, we are proud to be an APPLE Accredited early learning center utilizing the Frog Street Curriculum to provide high-quality education in a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- DCF 45-Hour Introductory Child Care Training (Required)
- Level 2 Background Screening (Required)
- CDA or Florida Staff Credential (Preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (Preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working in a licensed childcare setting is preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about early childhood education
Responsibilities
- Implement the Frog Street Curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Maintain compliance with DCF licensing standards and APPLE Accreditation requirements.
- Supervise children while promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Maintain accurate classroom documentation and daily communication with families.
