Electrical Manager
Journeyman Electrician Required | Master Electrician Preferred
Modular Connections is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our team of electricians and subcontractors at our precast concrete manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electricians and electrical subcontractors
- Plan and coordinate electrical projects and daily operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards
- Coordinate electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Train and mentor electrical personnel
- Maintain electrical drawings and documentation
- Support plant operations by minimizing downtime
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician License required
- Master Electrician License preferred
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proven leadership experience managing electricians and subcontractors
