What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases across multiple platforms

Performing manual and automated testing to identify defects and quality issues

Managing defects in Jira, tracking status, severity and resolution timelines

Collaborating with development teams to reproduce, verify and resolve quality issues

Contributing to test automation efforts using industry-standard tools and frameworks

Documenting test results, quality metrics and compliance validation findings

Participating in design and code reviews to identify potential quality risks early

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and methodologies
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have

2–5 years of hands-on QA, testing, or quality validation experience

Strong understanding of test planning, test case design and defect management

Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and test tracking tools such as Jira

Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies

Familiarity with compliance and validation requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have

ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent testing certification (ISTQB Advanced Tester, CSTE, CTAE)

Experience with Selenium or other test automation frameworks

Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments
