Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, supplying production with materials, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring warehouse operations run safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong computer skills, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment where accuracy and organization are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Material Handling
- Pick finished goods and raw materials accurately for production and customer orders
- Perform inventory transactions within the ERP/MRP system
- Receive, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Remove expired inventory and process inventory adjustments as required
- Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and documentation
- Maintain warehouse organization and maximize storage space utilization
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage or shortages
- Prepare domestic and international shipments, including required shipping documentation
- Process bills of lading, shipping records, and freight information within the ERP/MRP system
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and transportation providers
- Pull, stage, package, and deliver materials for production in a timely manner
- Maintain shipping supplies, labels, and packaging materials
Warehouse Operations
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support internal and external inventory audits as needed
- Assist other departments and warehouse functions as business needs require
- Communicate effectively with production, customer service, purchasing, and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Experience using ERP or MRP systems for inventory transactions
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to understand serial and sequence numbering
- Stand-Up Forklift experience is required (at least 1 year)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to support overtime, schedule changes, or additional workload when needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift materials in accordance with company safety guidelines
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
