Divine House Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Behavioral - Direct Support Professionals (DSP's)
A Behavioral - DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities. They help with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, community involvement, etc. The Behavioral - DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills and have a strong desire to help others reach their goals. A behavioral DSP must have past experience with behavioral individuals including but not limited to physical and verbal aggression. Also, must have past experience with positive reinforcement, behavioral interventions, and redirection situations. Candidates should be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served all while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A Behavioral - DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, be able to document accurately and legibly. The ability to pass a background study and a valid driver's license (unless working overnight shifts only) is required.
Job Type: Full or part-time including sleep overnights.
Pay: $21 ($15.00 Asleep Overnights--NOTE: Asleep overnights are 4 hours asleep and 4 hours awake)
