Computer Technician Level 3

We are seeking a Computer Technician Level 3 to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Provides hands-on and remote technical support for a range of cloud/server/PC systems, peripherals, telephony and network device infrastructure, critical to the efficient operations of our clients' businesses. We are looking for an engineer, communicator, and problem solver who is familiar with supporting a business' computing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user (local and remote) support for computer-based systems, including, but not limited to: Windows Operating Systems 7/8/10, Office365 & MS Office 2007-2019 versions, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS Azure, and line of business apps, etc.
- Manage user accounts and groups in W2k8/Win2012/Win2016/Win2019 and Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, escalating as appropriate.
- User Remote and Computer Desktop Support
- Onsite Client PC, Network and Server Support
- Use the Help Desk system to manage service requests, respond to and resolve requests, escalate as necessary.
- Participate in after-hours call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a corporate IT support position, with demonstrated advancement in responsibility.
- Experience administering Windows 7/8/10,11,2008/2012/2016/2019/2022
- Experience administering of Office365
- Detail-oriented, communicate technical knowledge and solutions to non-technical personnel.
- Knowledge of and experience with routers, switches, network connections and devices.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems over the phone,
- Proactive about improving processes, where they exist, suggesting new processes when needed..
- Working knowledge of SMTP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Terminal Services, FTP.
- Learn and apply complex technical and theoretical information.

- Valid FL driver's license with clean driving record
- Due to the nature of the job written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Overtime if needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work well independently, as well as with a team.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Work with and learn new technologies as they are released and implemented.
- Employer does background check.
- Only US Citizens or Green Card Holders.
Desired, but not required:
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA, Labtech, Datto RMM, Autotask
- Experience with SonicWALL, Cisco Security Appliances.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
