We are looking for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operator team member.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space.
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring they are correctly packed and labeled.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and handle finished ice cream sometimes in sub-zero freezers.
- Delivery Duties:
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from delivery vehicles.
- Accept payments for delivered items.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and handling complaints.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
Employment Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment.
- Clean driving record.
- Special licenses may be required for certain vehicles.
- Experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving preferred.
- Willingness to follow assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
Physical Requirements
Employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds. May be required to push or pull carts, hand carts or pallet jacks. Must be able to work in subzero environment as necessary.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
