Position Summary
Oversee daily salon operations, lead a high-performing grooming team, and maintain elite standards of pet care, client service, and safety in an upscale, private salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Operations: Manage scheduling, workflow, and daily appointments. Recruit, onboard, and mentor grooming staff and assistants.
- Client Relations: Manage client communications, consultations, and intake. Resolve client concerns gracefully and maintain strong client retention.
- Pet Care & Safety: Enforce strictly safe handling, sanitization, and equipment maintenance standards. Oversee special care requests, senior pets, and behavioral considerations.
- Financial & Business Management: Monitor inventory
Qualifications
Requirement
Experience
2 to 4+ years professional pet grooming experience; 1–2+ years in salon management or supervisory role.
Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of breed-standard cuts, scissoring techniques, hand-stripping, and coat maintenance.
Certifications CPR & Pet First Aid certified, NDGAA, IPG, or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
Soft Skills Strong leadership, conflict resolution, active listening, and high attention to detail.
Pay: From $1,800.00 per week
