Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, surface disinfecting, and minor maintenance as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably with commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of custodial techniques including floor care, buffing, and general cleaning procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
