Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, lasers with precision, safety, and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety during all procedures
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and ongoing skincare routines
- Manage appointment scheduling using advanced salon or medspa software like Millennium or MINDBODY
- Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, treatment promotions, and engaging content
- Support retail sales of skincare products, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction
Skills
- Certified in injection administration with proven experience in botulinum toxin and dermal filler procedures
- Knowledgeable in esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation techniques
- Strong management skills to coordinate treatment schedules and client flow efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with salon or medspa management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments and skincare products
- Skilled in social media management for marketing promotions and brand awareness
- Knowledge of hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, hair extensions, makeup application, tattooing, barbering or related beauty services is a plus
- Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively while prioritizing client needs

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
