Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction operations, stone installation projects, and service delivery activities
- Oversee project schedules, site coordination, budgets, and team performance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery timelines
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service quality
- Review reports, project costs, operational risks, and performance updates
- Support team leadership, staff development, and client relationship management
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in construction operations, stone installation, marble and granite projects, building materials, or interior finishing
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, site teams, or commercial clients is an advantage

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
