Trainers provide individualized services to children with developmental delays and disabilities by implementing evidence-based intervention strategies that support each child's growth, development, and achievement of individualized goals. Services are delivered in the child's natural environment, including the home and community, with a strong emphasis on parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill development and carryover into daily routines.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely documentation, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with program and funding requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent education and experience).
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
