Duties

- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with specifications.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource needs.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective project scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and inspections; address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets by controlling costs, reviewing change orders, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
