We are looking for a self-starter outside sales rep to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
The sales rep must be able to work independently with little supervision. He or she must be able to manage customer calls and visits. They must also possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers
They must have experience in working with the polymer extrusion process in order to be able to effectively sell equipment and accessories.
