Working under the supervision of the batching supervisor the batching crew is responsible for accurately gathering, weighing, and subsequently safely storing ingredients as described by the batch sheets. M-F 6am-2:30pm
- Reference scheduled production run batch sheet for ingredients needed.
- Weigh out designated ingredients and store in a food safe container to be added to the batch.
- Label all ingredients accurately.
- Record on the batch sheet the ingredient information such as the lot code and manufacturer.
- Proper staging of gathered ingredients to ensure that the Production Lead can add the ingredients to the batch as needed.
- Prepping of sub ingredients, such as mayonnaise.
- Cleaning the batching area once all batching is complete.
- Ensure ingredients that were used are stored properly and labeled
