Horseshoe Homes & Development LLC is seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable Construction Worker / Carpenter specializing in residential renovations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of residential renovation tasks, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, window/door placements, and general carpentry.
- Assist with demolition, site prep, and structural modifications for residential remodels.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Collaborate effectively with the project manager and other team members to keep timelines on track.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in residential carpentry and home renovations is required.
- Tools: Must possess and maintain your own hand tools and basic power tools necessary for daily carpentry and renovation work.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation (truck or utility vehicle preferred) capable of transporting your tools to various job sites.
- Location: Primarily focused in the Southport, NC area, but must be willing to travel to other local surrounding areas as project needs dictate.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints or layouts is a plus.
- Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
