The path:
- Level 1 – Lead Generator: Learn the fundamentals of consultative, direct-to-consumer marketing
- Level 2 – Team Lead: Start training and developing your own people
- Level 3 – Solar Closer: Own the full client cycle from consultation to signed agreement
- Level 4 – District Manager: Run your own office, set your own culture, build your own team
Every level is earned on performance — no seniority, no politics.
Training: You'll go through our full, structured onboarding — orientation, in-office fundamentals, and hands-on field training riding alongside an experienced mentor — before you're ever on your own. We invest real time and coaching into every person we bring on, because we're building leaders, not just filling a role.

Earning potential: Performance-based. Our top performers and leaders earn $70,000–$150,000+, with no cap.
