Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Join the IMIC Hotels family at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mount Pleasant! As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel—ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience from check-in to check-out and representing our values of authentic Southern hospitality.

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing accurately.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Provide information about hotel amenities and area attractions.

Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers, and complete daily reports.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests.

Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.

Demonstrate flexibility to cover preferred shifts—primarily 3 pm–11 pm, with occasional 7 am–3 pm shifts.

Opportunity to learn and support night audit procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Calm under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities.

Basic computer proficiency; previous experience with property management systems is a plus.

Hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
